Shanghai Yongfeng Hot-Dip Galvanizing Co., Ltd. is headquarters and flagship HDG processing factory of Yongfeng HDG Group, which was established in Huacao Town, Minhang District of Shanghai 1978. Shanghai Yongfeng focuses on steel fabricated articles hot-dip galvanizing services, which covers land of 82,300m2(120mu) and has 300 employees. In Shanghai Yongfeng, there are two HDG processing lines in which zinc kettle dimensions and molten zinc volume are as following:

15m(length) x 2.3/2.8m(width) x 3.5m(depth), molten zinc 840t;

In April 2017, the two HDG processing lines transformed and upgraded to full-closed automatic green environmental protection ones, equipped with enclosed room of pickling acid mist absorbing-filtering devices and facilities of collecting-filtering smogs. These advanced environmental protection lines were recognized and commended as world-leading level by Shanghai and Minhang District authorities concerned.
