一、主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和設(shè)施，公司現(xiàn)有熱浸鍍鋅生產(chǎn)線兩條，其每條線的設(shè)備和設(shè)施情況如下：

1、15m（長）×（2.5-2.1）m（寬）×3m（深），熔鋅量為 720噸；

2、6.8m（長）×2.2m（寬）×3.2m（深），熔鋅量為 310 噸。

兩條生產(chǎn)線實際年熱鍍鋅加工能力可達90000噸。

二、廠區(qū)環(huán)境：

公司現(xiàn)有的兩條熱鍍鋅生產(chǎn)線由華南理工大學(xué)的資深教授和具有多年熱鍍鋅生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計經(jīng)驗的專家設(shè)計統(tǒng)。該兩條生產(chǎn)線在設(shè)施、設(shè)備、自動化程度、生產(chǎn)能力上均達到了國際同類生產(chǎn)線的水準，在目前國內(nèi)同行業(yè)中產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)能均處于先進水平之列。

污染治理全部到位，采用酸洗霧倉封閉房捕集，配備三套酸霧噴淋凈化裝置、兩套鋅煙捕集布袋凈化裝置、一套工業(yè)廢水日處理 100 噸的處理站、一套助鍍液再生處理裝置，且均運行正常，真正做到有序達標排放。公司周圍環(huán)境和工作環(huán)境都做到干凈、舒適。

三、主要加工產(chǎn)品

主要熱鍍鋅加工產(chǎn)品有高速公路防沖護欄板、高壓電力桿、通訊桿、路燈桿、外貿(mào)格柵板、外貿(mào)貨架、游樂設(shè)施、大型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房、超高壓輸電鐵塔件及各種管類件等。近幾年來，公司承接了云南火電 220KV 甘頂工程、山西 35KV 大橋之崖灣工程、上海市跨海大橋、廣州大型游樂場、馬來西亞、澳大利亞等國家的供電系統(tǒng)等工程的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及其他鋼制品的熱鍍鋅加工業(yè)務(wù)。同時還承接了出口日本的高速公路護攔工程、出口美國的格柵板熱鍍鋅加工業(yè)務(wù)。公司熱鍍鋅加工產(chǎn)品的 60% 出口到日本、美國、馬來西亞、中東、意大利、澳大利亞、阿聯(lián)酋、加拿大、等國家與非洲、香港、臺灣地區(qū)。公司的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量獲得了中外客戶的認可和好評。

B.Production Environment

The company's two hot-dip galvanizing production lines are designed by senior professors of South China University of Technology and veteran experts with HDG production line design experiences. The two production lines have reached international level in terms of facilities, equipment, automation and production capacity. Nowadays, the company product quality and production capacity are still at the advanced level among the industry in China.

The production lines are equipped with full pollution controlled and processed facilities. The pickling space are closed with 3 sets of acid mist absorbing-filtering devices, 2 sets of purification with bag collecting-filtering smogs devices, 1 industrial wastewater treatment station with capacity of 100 tons daily, and 1 set of fluxing solution regeneration treatment device. All of them operate normally and discharge up to the standard regularly. The environment in and around company are clean and comfortable.

C.Main processing products

The main hot-dip galvanized products include highway guardrail plate, high-voltage power pole, communication pole, road-lamp pole, exporting gratings, exporting goods-shelf, amusement facilities, large steel structures, EHV transmission tower parts and various pipes and tubes, etc.

In recent years, the company successfully finished many important HDG processing projects, such as: steel structures of Yunnan thermal-power 220kV Ganding project, Shanxi 35kV bridge Yawan project, Shanghai Cross-sea Bridge, Guangzhou large amusement park, Malaysia power supply system projects, Australia and other foreigners steel structures and fabricated articles.
